Payment Terms

We  offer Cash on Delivery in Pakistan. 

 

International Terms

For international orders, we offer following payment methods:

1. Bank Deposit

2. Credit Card Payment

 

International Shipping charges are calculated at checkout by proper consultation of logistics service providers and will be paid by buyer's based on the  location and number of juttis being ordered. The order would take around 20-25 working days to reach you depending on your location. (Express Shipping also available on Customers Request).

Please note following terms and conditions:
- Custom duties or any sort of taxes applicable on the imported product will be payable by the customer (i.e. the importer). (USA,UK and AUSTRALIA Exempted)
- No returns/refunds or exchanges will be entertained 

Local Delivery Terms

We offer Cash on Delivery in Pakistan. We have deployed the services of Pakistan’s most trusted logistics companies with a wide delivery network for shipment purposes. The order would take around 7-10 working days to reach you depending on your location.

The shipping time for customized and out of stock products would be a bit longer. Zuruj’s team member will contact you and keep you posted on the approximate shipping time once the order is placed.

Outlier Locations

Though we use some of Pakistan’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.
