LOCAL DELIVERY

To avoid any inconvenience for our valued customers, we use standard US and EUR shoe sizes to help you pick the perfect size. 

We offer exchange in case there is a size issue or a quality concern from company's end. Exchange is only acceptable if the customer notifies of such matter within 3 working days of receiving the product. Product exchange will be done  within 15 working days of complaint registration. All exchange charges will be beared by customer  in case of size issue.

In Case Of exchange Customer has to send the product by themselves through courier and share slip pic on whatsapp.

No exchange or refund for customise shoes  and color or design change jutti.

As a company policy, we do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
